Terms of Sale (General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

Preamble These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the RocketTT online store, managed by Alexandre NOGARD, with its registered office located at 21 Rue Roger Salengro, 59283 Raimbeaucourt, Hauts-de-France, France, registered under the SIRET number 80815461100020 (VAT: FR61808154611).

Article 1: Object and Nature of the Products Our store offers for sale cycling and triathlon accessories manufactured using 3D printing (standard materials and technical composites such as PAHT-CF). Due to the nature of 3D printing (fused deposition modeling), parts may show slight striations or micro surface imperfections. These are inherent to the manufacturing process and in no way constitute a defect justifying a refund, as long as they do not alter the strength or function of the part.

Article 2: Pricing The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding processing and shipping costs. RocketTT reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 3: Orders You can place an order directly on our website. Any order placed on the online store implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 4: Payment Payment for your purchases is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered by the Shopify platform at the time of the order. The card is charged at the time the order is validated.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer (a flat fee of €5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label, with no additional restocking fee), in accordance with the details of our Refund Policy.

⚠️ Exception to the right of withdrawal: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts regarding the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, any custom-modeled or custom-printed part (e.g., risers with a specific angulation or dimensions tailored for your cockpit) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Article 6: Delivery The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time frame indicated on our "Shipping Policy" page. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any possible consequence on the delivery time indicated to you.

Article 7: Liability and Installation of Technical Parts Technical products (BTA mounts, wedges, risers, fairings) are designed to withstand the stresses of cycling and triathlon. However, RocketTT cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product, improper assembly, or excessive overtightening.

Security Warning: The installation of parts on the cockpit must be carried out carefully, respecting the tightening torques (Nm) appropriate for 3D printed parts and your equipment (carbon/aluminum). If in doubt, we highly recommend having these parts installed by a professional bicycle mechanic.

Article 8: Intellectual Property All elements of the site, as well as the designs, 3D models, and CAD files of the parts offered for sale, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of RocketTT. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site or our product designs.

Article 9: Disputes and Applicable Law The language of this contract is English, translated from the original French. These terms of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
