Shipping Policy
1. Processing and Manufacturing Times Every order is carefully prepared in our workshop in Raimbeaucourt, Hauts-de-France. Our business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Central European Time) will be processed starting the following business day.
Given the technical nature of our products and our on-demand manufacturing process, preparation times vary depending on the type of item:

Customization Accessories (Valve Caps): Processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Aero Technical Parts (Risers, BTA Mounts, Fairings): These parts require a rigorous industrial manufacturing cycle using PAHT-CF composite. The complete process (high-temperature printing and thermal annealing) requires a manufacturing time of 3 to 5 business days before shipping. This is the time necessary to guarantee you a part with absolute reliability on the road.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note: The delivery times indicated below are in addition to our manufacturing times.

3. Taxes and Customs Duties (International outside the EU) For orders shipped outside the European Union (including Switzerland and the UK), customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our workshop, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. This will allow you to track its delivery in real-time.
5. Delivery Issues If your package is declared lost by the carrier, or if it arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the parts immediately, then contact us directly at contact@rockettt.store within 48 hours. We will do everything we can to find a quick solution so you can get back to training as soon as possible.
