Custom Lab
Custom Lab RocketTT: Custom Engineering
You have a unique bike. Why should your accessories be standard?
At RocketTT , we know that the quest for performance doesn't stop at the catalogs of major brands. Whether you own a vintage time trial frame, an ultra-modern proprietary cockpit (Canyon Speedmax, Trek Speed Concept, Specialized Shiv), or have a specific body shape, the Custom Lab is here to create the missing piece for you.
What we can create for you
Our design office uses the latest 3D scanning and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technologies to design:
-
Specific BTA spacers: Precise heights or inclinations to the nearest degree for perfect alignment of your arms.
-
Integrated gauge mounts: For cockpits where no standard mount fits.
-
Aerodynamic covers: Protection for derailleurs or integration of Di2 boxes for specific frames.
-
Nutrition adapters: Attachment systems for your bento boxes or custom hydration systems.
The Custom Lab Process: 4 Steps to Performance
-
The Briefing: You explain your needs to us. Send us photos of your cockpit and the dimensions of your extensions.
-
Design (CAD): We model your part in 3D. During this phase, we optimize every millimeter to maximize aerodynamics and minimize weight.
-
Prototyping: If necessary, we validate the geometry to ensure that the fit on your frame is precise to the millimeter.
-
Final manufacturing in PA-CF: Your part is printed in Carbon Fiber Nylon in our workshop, manually checked, then shipped to you.
Why go through the Custom Lab?
-
Zero Compromise: No more DIY fixes with unstable hose clamps or shims. Your accessory becomes a natural extension of your frame.
-
Industrial Material: All our custom parts benefit from the same PA-CF technology as our standard range: ultra-rigid, heat and sweat resistant.
-
Cycling Expertise: We speak your language. We understand the importance of a 2mm difference in arm spacing or the angle of a computer screen to avoid reflections.
