At RocketTT, we believe that performance should not be compromised by low-grade materials. Where most accessories use fragile injection-molded plastic or standard polymers, we have chosen industrial-grade PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon) .


Why the PA-CF?

PA-CF is a high-tech composite material used in the aerospace industry and top-level motorsport. It consists of a Nylon (Polyamide) base reinforced with ground carbon microfibers.

1. An exceptional weight-to-stiffness ratio

Carbon fiber reinforcement gives our parts impressive structural rigidity.

  • Result: Your bottle and computer supports do not vibrate, do not sag under the weight of hydration, while remaining lighter than their aluminum equivalents.

2. Superior Grade Thermal Resistance

Conventional plastics (such as PLA or PETG) lose their shape at temperatures as low as 50°C.

  • The RocketTT standard: Our parts withstand temperatures up to 150°C . Whether you leave your bike in a car in direct sunlight or ride in extreme heat, your equipment retains its mechanical properties and perfect geometry.

3. Durability and Chemical Inertness

Triathlon and cycling impose harsh conditions: corrosive sweat, sticky energy drinks, rain and salt.

  • Total insensitivity: PA-CF is chemically inert. It does not oxidize, does not bleach under UV light, and resists repeated road impacts, guaranteeing a durable investment for many seasons.


Industrial 3D Printing: Layer-by-Layer Precision

We use state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technologies that allow us to control the fiber orientation and density of each part.

  • Optimized Design: We create complex internal geometries (honeycomb structures) impossible to achieve with traditional methods, maximizing strength where stresses are greatest.

  • "Stealth" finish: Our products feature a unique textured matte black natural finish, thanks to the carbon/nylon blend, which integrates elegantly with the most prestigious carbon frames.
