ASSEMBLY GUIDE Ridley Triton Fast — ROCKETTT MODULAR BTA SYSTEM

Welcome to the performance ecosystem. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step installation of your BTA mount specific to the Ridley Triton Fast, transforming your cockpit into a true aero missile.

🛠️ REQUIRED MATERIALS

Included Screws (High-strength A2 Stainless Steel):

  • 2x M5 x 20mm screws (Base / Plate interface)

  • 2x M5 x 40mm screws (Upper stack with computer mount)

  • Note: If mounting without a computer mount, use the supplied M5 x 30mm screws.

  • 2x M5 x 12mm screws (Lower option / Accessories)

  • Tools: Allen key set (3mm and 4mm).

⚙️ STEP 1: CENTRAL BLOCK ASSEMBLY

Objective: Securely attach the Ridley-specific adapter plate to the RocketTT central spacer.

  1. Align the plate's holes (designed for the Triton Fast's spacing) with the central spacer's threads.

  2. Securely fasten the assembly using the 2 M5 x 20mm screws.

  3. Recommended torque: 4Nm.

💡 RocketTT Tip: To tackle rough roads without fear, applying a drop of medium threadlocker (such as Loctite 243) is highly recommended.

💨 STEP 2: UPPER AERO STACK (V-FLOW)

Objective: Integrate the aero nose, data mount, and main bottle cage.

  1. Stack the components onto the central spacer in the following order:

    • 👉 V-FLOW Aero Fairing (the front cone that cuts through the air)

    • 👉 Computer Mount (Garmin/Wahoo) or 1cm spacer

    • 👉 Main Bottle Cage

  2. Pass the 2 long M5 x 40mm screws through this entire stack.

    • ⚠️ Caution: If you are not using the computer mount, switch to M5 x 30mm screws to prevent any overhang.

  3. Screw firmly from the top into the spacer's threads: Torque to 4Nm.

🎒 STEP 3: LOWER OPTION INSTALLATION

Objective: Optimize the space under the mount for nutrition or tools.

  1. Position your lower bottle cage or storage module (e.g., Spares) under the central spacer.

  2. Secure the assembly using the 2 short M5 x 8mm screws.

  3. Torque: 4Nm.

🏁 STEP 4: ATTACHMENT TO THE RIDLEY TRITON FAST COCKPIT

Objective: Unite the RocketTT system with your time trial machine.

  1. Position the complete BTA assembly on your Ridley cockpit's original mounting points.

  2. Use the supplied M5 screw kit (various lengths).

  3. Pro Tip: Select the longest possible screw that allows for firm tightening without bottoming out in your cockpit's threads.
