Guide Montage BTA Orbea Ordu | Support Aero RocketTT PRO

Welcome to the performance ecosystem. Follow these steps to install your BTA mount and optimize your aero cockpit.

🛠️ REQUIRED HARDWARE

  • Screws included:
    • 2x M5 x 20mm screws (Base)
    • 2x M5 x 40mm screws (Upper stack)
    • 2x M5 x 8mm screws (Lower option)
  • Tools: Allen key set (2.5, 3, 4mm recommended).

⚙️ STEP 1: CENTER BLOCK ASSEMBLY

Objective: Secure the BTA support plate to the center spacer.

  1. Align the holes of the BTA support plate with the threads of the center spacer.
  2. Securely fasten the assembly using the 2 M5 x 20mm screws, tighten to 4nm
    • 💡 RocketTT Tip: A medium threadlocker (e.g., Loctite 243) on the screws is recommended for optimal hold against vibrations.


 

💨 STEP 2: UPPER AERO STACK (VFLOW/BTA)

Objective: Integrate the fairing, computer mount / or a 1cm spacer, and the main bottle cage.

  1. Stack the components on the center spacer in the following order:
    • 👉 VFLOW Aero Support (nose cone)
    • 👉 Computer Mount (Garmin/Wahoo spacer) / spacer
    • 👉 Main bottle cage.
  2. Pass the 2 long M5 x 40mm screws through this entire stack. / !\ If you are not using the spacer, use the M5 x 30mm screws / !\
  3. Screw firmly from the top into the upper threads of the center spacer: Tighten to 4nm

🎒 STEP 3: INSTALLING THE LOWER OPTION

Objective: Attach an accessory or a second bottle cage under the spacer.

  1. Position your lower bottle cage (or modular accessory type Spares) directly under the center spacer.
  2. Securely fasten using the 2 short M5 x 8mm screws. Tighten to 4nm

 

🏁 STEP 4: FINAL INSTALLATION ON THE COCKPIT

Objective: Attach the assembled unit to the bike.

  1. Position the complete BTA assembly between your cockpit's plate and your armrests.
  2. Securely fasten using the provided M5 screws.
    • Note: A kit of M5 screws of various lengths is provided to adapt to the thickness of your specific stack
    • Select the longest possible screw while ensuring a firm tightening without parasitic stops.
