GUIDE DE MONTAGE — SYSTÈME BTA MODULAIRE ROCKETTT Modèles : Cervélo (EX10) & Trek Speed Concept (Gen 2)

Thank you for choosing RocketTT engineering. This PAHT-CF composite mount is designed for maximum rigidity. To ensure the safety and performance of your cockpit, please follow the steps below carefully.

📦 Kit Contents (depending on options)

  • 1x Riser / BTA Direct Mount Support
  • 1x Stainless steel screw kit (M5)
  • Option: Adjustment spacers (10mm / 20mm)
  • Option: Double bottle cage mount / Aero VFLOW Cone

1 Step 1: Attaching the BTA Mount to the Cockpit

Position the RocketTT mount directly onto the threaded inserts of your cockpit (Cervélo EX10 or Trek Mono-extension).

  • Screws: Use the 2 supplied M5*40mm screws.
  • Tightening: Tighten firmly without overtightening (Recommended torque: 4nm).

2️ Step 2: Stacking (The Upper "Sandwich")

Once the mount is attached to the bike, install the components on top in the following strict order:

  1. Spacers: (If ordered) to adjust your stack.
  2. Double Bottle Cage Mount: With or without the Aero VFLOW fairing.
  3. Your Upper Bottle Cage: (Not supplied).

3️ Step 3: Choosing the Upper Screws

The choice of screw length is critical to ensure engagement with the brass inserts of the mount. Refer to the table below:

4️ Step 4: Attaching the Lower Bottle

If you are using the double bottle configuration, attach your lower bottle cage (not supplied) under the RocketTT mount.

  • Screws: Use the 2 supplied M5*16mm screws.
  • Note: Ensure that the lower bottle does not interfere with cable routing or frame movement depending on your bike model.

⚠️ Technical Recommendations

Premium Material: Your mount is made of PAHT-CF (Carbon-filled Nylon) that has undergone thermal annealing. It withstands temperatures up to 180°C

Safety: > * Check the tightness of all screws after your first test ride.

  • Do not exceed a torque of 4 Nm on the brass inserts.
  • The use of low-strength threadlocker (blue) is recommended for long-distance events.
