From prototype to performance: The BTA RocketTT system enters production 🚀

Riser BTA Carbon RocketTT

This is a moment that every creator eagerly awaits, but also with a touch of pride: after weeks of short nights, calculations on Fusion 360 and extreme stress tests, the prototyping phase of our integrated BTA system is officially complete.

The RocketTT project has reached a decisive milestone today. What began as an idea to optimize the aerodynamics of my own cockpit has become a cutting-edge technical solution, ready to equip your bikes.

Weeks of hard work

Innovation doesn't happen by chance. To arrive at the final design of the BTA (Between The Arms) system, we had to overcome several challenges:

  • The perfect integration: Creating a part that does not just "hold" a jerrycan, but acts as a true aerodynamic fairing.

  • Modularity: Designing a system of spacers (Risers) capable of adapting to all inclinations, from 0° to 20°.

  • Durability: Ensuring that each fastener withstands the incessant vibrations of the road and the stresses of tightening.

We printed, broke, revised, and tested dozens of versions. Today, we've found the perfect balance between wattage gain and absolute reliability .

The transition to the PAHT-CF series 🛠️

The big news is that official production began last night.

For this launch, no compromises were made on materials. Every part leaving the workshop is made of PAHT-CF (Carbon Nylon) . This high-performance material, used in the automotive and aerospace industries, offers exceptional rigidity and heat resistance up to 150°C.

Our machines are running at full capacity to transform this carbon filament into your future cockpits. Each piece undergoes a rigorous thermal annealing process to stabilize its molecular structure before being shipped to you.

What does this change for you?

From now on, you are no longer buying a concept, but a "Race Ready" product.

  • Premium finish: A deep matte black, typical of carbon fiber.

  • Guaranteed robustness: An internal gyroid structure capable of withstanding the most demanding courses.

  • Measurable performance: Seamless integration that reduces your aerodynamic drag.

What's next?

The first orders are starting to be processed. I wanted to thank everyone who followed this development phase. Seeing your cockpits optimized thanks to RocketTT is my greatest reward.
